Gram Seva Kendra provides the following services:

• Computer Education: Courses including CCC, Tally, Web Development, Digital Marketing, and other IT training programs.

• E-Governance Services: Aadhaar enrollment/update, PAN card, passport application, income certificate, caste certificate, and other government services.

• Library Services: Study space booking, seat reservation, and access to digital learning resources.

• Certification: NIELIT-certified and other recognized course completion certificates.

Service availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.

• One person may only maintain one account.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Admission to courses is subject to availability and eligibility criteria.

• Submitted applications are reviewed and approved by the administration.

• Required documents must be genuine and verifiable. Submission of forged documents will result in immediate cancellation.

• Admission confirmation is valid only after fee payment and administrative approval.

• Students must maintain minimum attendance (75%) and follow the code of conduct.

• The center reserves the right to cancel admission for misconduct or violation of rules.

• Course fees must be paid as per the prescribed schedule.

• Fees can be paid via UPI, bank transfer, or at the center.

• All payments must be accompanied by a valid transaction ID or receipt.

• Fee structure may be revised periodically. Enrolled students will be notified in advance.

• Late payment may attract additional charges as determined by the administration.

• Refer to our Refund Policy for information on fee refunds.

• Library seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis through our booking system.

• Bookings are subject to approval by the administration.

• Students must arrive within 15 minutes of their booked slot; otherwise, the seat may be released.

• Library rules and regulations must be followed at all times.

• Damage to library property will result in penalties and potential suspension of library privileges.

• All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Gram Seva Kendra.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

• Course materials provided during training are for personal educational use only and may not be shared or distributed.

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the website for any unlawful purpose or fraudulent activity.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.

• Uploading false information, fake documents, or misleading content.

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or staff members.

• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the website.

• Interfering with or disrupting the website's functionality or security.
